WealthOS by GREVVY LLC
Terms and authorization.
Drafts for legal review · no effective date. GREVVY LLC operates WealthOS and is the proposed software contracting party. These documents describe current processing and proposed protections; they do not claim counsel approval, activate a paid service or grant financial authority.
Terms of service — review draft
Proposed terms between GREVVY LLC and a person using WealthOS. These drafts have no effective date and are presented for review, not as evidence of an accepted production agreement.
Operator: GREVVY LLC. Effective date: not adopted. Reading or acknowledging a draft is not approval of future services or transactions.
Operator, contracting party and service scope
WealthOS is a product operated by GREVVY LLC. GREVVY LLC would be the contracting party for the WealthOS software service under the final adopted terms. A third-party provider's service, account or agreement remains separate unless a final written agreement expressly states otherwise.
The product includes an independent fictional demo and a real member workspace for manually entered household records. The member workspace supports a Free household, server-stored records, household roles and invitations, limited planning illustrations and authorized exports. Its records begin empty; demo balances and simulated plan selections are not imported into a member household. This revision describes the implementation prepared for release; it does not establish deployment or availability in every environment.
The optional AI guide still uses a fictional scenario rather than your household records. Selected Calendar, Gmail and Drive metadata workflows require their individual access and acceptance steps before use. Paid billing has been implemented but is inactive pending commercial configuration and approved terms. Secure document uploads, deeper financial planning and financial-account capabilities remain separate pending work. A visible page, provider logo or plan comparison does not by itself establish that a service is available. This draft does not create a brokerage, investment-advisory, custody, tax-preparation or legal-services relationship, or authorize a trade or transfer.
Household records, member roles and sharing
Manual balances, income, expenses, goals, tasks, scenarios, entities, decisions, reports and contacts are information supplied by household members, not verified provider balances or professional conclusions. Review amounts, dates, categories and assumptions before saving or relying on an illustration. Recording a decision or contact does not place an order, engage a professional or send a message.
A household owner controls member invitations and the editor or viewer role. Editors can change permitted records within the current plan; viewers can read and export permitted household records. An invited member can gain access to the household's existing records, including archived records. Invite only a person entitled to see that information, and supply only information you are entitled to share with those members. Household membership does not share another person's provider authorization or create authority over their assets.
An invitation link must be accepted explicitly by a signed-in account with the matching verified email. Creating the link does not send an invitation email. An owner can revoke an unused invitation or remove a non-owner member's access; these actions do not delete the person's account or recall copies already exported. An archive operation retains the record and is not a deletion request. The household export includes all current record values, including archived records, current active members and bounded recent metadata permitted to the requesting member; it is not a complete history of every prior record value or every item held by WealthOS or a provider.
Permitted use and prohibited conduct
The proposed software license permits lawful personal or authorized business use within the account's applicable plan, permissions and documented service limits. Do not bypass access controls, obtain another tenant's data, misuse credentials, disrupt availability, introduce malicious content or use the service to deceive, defraud or violate another person's rights.
Do not submit bank passwords, private keys, seed phrases or credentials in chat or ordinary forms. Use only designated authentication flows. Do not upload sensitive documents into a feature that is described as a simulation or that does not yet provide secure document handling. Reasonable security reporting and activities protected by applicable law are not prohibited by this draft.
Software, intellectual property and your content
GREVVY LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the WealthOS software, design, documentation and branding, subject to applicable open-source and third-party licenses. The proposed user license is limited to using the available service as authorized; it does not transfer ownership of the software or grant rights to misuse third-party marks.
You retain the rights you hold in content you supply. Any permission granted to GREVVY LLC to process that content should be limited to operating the functions you request, maintaining security and meeting applicable obligations, as explained in the adopted privacy notice. This draft does not grant a sale of your content or a blanket license to train models on private content. Third-party processing and any additional purpose must be disclosed and governed by its applicable agreement and required choice.
AI output may be inaccurate, nonexclusive or subject to third-party rights. Review it before relying on or distributing it. Nothing here promises ownership rights that GREVVY LLC does not possess.
Plans, prices and paid service activation
The real member workspace supports a Free household without a card or paid trial. Its permissions and limits are enforced by the server. The independent demo still allows local Free, Plus and Private simulations; a demo upgrade creates no charge, real entitlement, subscription or trial. Paid prices and commercial terms have not been finalized, and paid checkout is not active. A document allocation is not evidence that document storage is available.
Before any paid activation, the customer must be shown the actual price, currency, billing period, applicable tax treatment, renewal and cancellation terms, and any separate professional-service fees. A final purchase must use the implemented checkout and verified billing process. This draft supplies no price, automatic renewal, refund schedule or payment authorization.
The inactive billing implementation allows only the active household owner to open hosted Stripe checkout or the billing-management portal. New checkout requires the configured current approved terms and a matching acceptance receipt; reviewing this draft is insufficient. A checkout return page does not grant paid access. The server must verify the subscription and payment state before changing entitlements. Existing permitted household records remain readable and exportable when paid access ends or a plan limit prevents further changes. Actual cancellation, renewal, refund and tax policies, provider setup and release verification must be completed before paid billing is offered.
Connected providers and AI assistance
Authentication, hosting, AI and connected-account services may be supplied by third parties. Their availability, permissions, data quality and policies can affect a requested operation. A provider logo or integration does not imply endorsement, a regulated partnership or that GREVVY LLC can override the provider's controls. GREVVY LLC's own duties are not transferred to a provider by this statement.
The current live guide explains a selected fictional scenario using OpenAI. The separately implemented selected-source workflow allows a bounded metadata preview and a distinct choice to send that exact preview to AI. AI output is not a guarantee, verified record, professional determination or instruction already carried out. Check material facts, dates and calculations against their original sources and appropriate expertise.
The AI and connected-data disclosure describes the current controls. General service acceptance does not replace a provider's consent screen, a selected-source read request, approval to disclose a preview to AI, or an authorization for an external action.
Instructions, cancellation and revocation
Authority must be specific to the person, account, purpose, permitted operation and applicable time or resource limits. You may use the implemented controls to pause or revoke WealthOS access. Status review and disconnection remain available even when a grant is paused or revoked. Expanding permissions requires the relevant new grant; a plan change alone cannot expand authority.
Stopping a browser request or clearing a preview does not establish that a provider canceled an operation already received. Revocation stops later work according to the implemented enforcement boundary; it cannot recall information already sent to a provider or AI service, or necessarily reverse a completed external action. Use the provider's own revocation or cancellation controls when needed, and verify the resulting status.
The current software does not execute financial transactions or send external messages. Any future write or transaction workflow requires its own reviewable instructions, provider capability and authorization process. The trading mandate below is a proposed control document, not a present grant.
Service changes, suspension and exit
The proposed terms allow GREVVY LLC to restrict affected operations when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal requirements, material service failures or provider restrictions. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue, with notice and a way to seek review where reasonably practicable and permitted. This provision is not an unrestricted right to disregard paid commitments or statutory rights.
The member workspace provides a permission-checked household export with the scope described above. It is not a complete account-wide privacy export or historical audit. Resetting the demo clears local sample state; it does not delete a real household, member account, provider authorization or server metadata. Self-service live account/data deletion remains unavailable. The final service must establish account closure, applicable retention obligations and a working rights-request process. Do not treat a demo reset, record archive, household access removal or provider disconnection as an account-closure receipt.
Availability, warranties and preserved rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with any express commitment in the adopted service agreement, the proposed service is supplied on an as-available basis. GREVVY LLC does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, a particular financial result or the continued availability of a third-party integration. Illustrative scenarios are not forecasts or guaranteed returns.
Any disclaimer of implied warranties applies only where lawful. It does not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees, express commitments GREVVY LLC makes, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No disclaimer should be used to contradict a specific capability claim or to excuse misleading statements.
Proposed allocation of responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and the obligations it undertakes. The proposed terms would limit recovery for indirect, special or consequential losses only to the extent that the applicable law permits that limitation for the particular claim and customer. No monetary liability cap has been selected in this draft.
Nothing in this draft excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not waive consumer-protection rights, rights to report concerns to authorities, or non-waivable duties relating to regulated services. Provider failures and user review responsibilities do not create blanket immunity for GREVVY LLC's own conduct. Counsel must determine the appropriate allocation for each offered service before adoption.
Versions, adoption and open terms
This is versioned draft material with no effective date. A future adopted agreement should make its version, changes and applicable acceptance requirements visible before affected use. Reviewing this page or receiving a review acknowledgment is not evidence that counsel approved the document, that a paid service began, or that transaction authority was granted.
GREVVY LLC's published contact channels are support@wealthos.grevvy.com (product support), billing@wealthos.grevvy.com (billing questions) and legal@grevvy.com (legal notices). Its address, governing-law and dispute arrangements, eligibility rules and final commercial terms remain to be supplied or decided. This draft invents none of them and introduces no arbitration provision or class-action waiver. Mandatory rights continue to apply regardless of those open choices.
Financial trading authorization framework — review draft
Proposed safeguards for a separately contracted future trading workflow. No trading authority is granted, no financial execution is implemented by this document, and no brokerage or discretionary mandate is created by viewing or acknowledging it.
Operator: GREVVY LLC. Effective date: not adopted. Reading or acknowledging a draft is not approval of future services or transactions.
Current status, parties and professional roles
This is a framework for counsel and product review, not an executable order or account agreement. The current WealthOS implementation does not trade securities, move money or hold customer assets. A future provider or MCP integration does not by itself establish that GREVVY LLC has an approved brokerage, investment-advisory, custody or other regulated role.
Before any such workflow is offered, the actual service parties, account provider, customer/representative authority, contractual relationships and permissible activities must be identified. Assets and provider agreements must be described accurately. No provider partnership, professional license or registration is represented by this draft.
Define the exact authority before an order
A proposed mandate must identify the authorized person and account, allowed operation, instruments or asset universe, quantity or notional constraints, order type, price/limit conditions, time-in-force, expiry and any cash, concentration, tax or risk constraints relevant to that operation. Unsupported activities and accounts must be excluded. A read-only account connection must never silently become trading or transfer permission.
The planned product supports two separately selected modes: review each order before submission, or authorize a bounded autonomous mandate. A mandate must specify the account, allowed assets and actions, per-order and cumulative notional limits, frequency, expiry, applicable loss/risk limits and conditions for stopping. Its contract and disclosures must match the actual service and permitted legal/provider roles. Neither mode is activated by reviewing this draft, connecting an account or selecting a paid plan.
In review-each-order mode, the customer reviews the exact instruction and its material assumptions, fees and risks before approval. Changing the account, instrument, side, amount, price condition, destination or another material term invalidates that order approval. In autonomous mode, each proposed order must remain within the separately authorized mandate and current remaining limits; changing or expanding the mandate requires new authorization. AI-generated text cannot expand either kind of authority. Revoking a mandate stops new dispatch while submitted orders still require reconciliation and any available cancellation process.
Checks before dispatch and confirmation after dispatch
The future service must verify current identity, account ownership, unexpired authority, provider capabilities and applicable limits at execution time. It must use validated account/market inputs, detect missing or stale information, and prevent duplicate dispatch. A quote or illustrative calculation is not a guaranteed execution price or assurance of liquidity.
Submitted, accepted, rejected, partially filled, filled, canceled and unknown provider states must remain distinguishable. The system must reconcile the provider result before claiming completion or retrying an ambiguous request. A browser success state, model statement or payment redirect is not evidence that an order completed.
Revocation, market risk and cancellation limits
A customer must be able to stop new instructions under the mandate. An instruction already received by a provider may execute before a cancellation is processed, and a completed trade may not be reversible. The service must disclose that distinction and provide provider-direct escalation information rather than promising that a pause reverses completed effects.
Trading can cause loss, including loss of invested capital. Prices, spreads, fees, taxes, outages and market liquidity can affect results. No return, suitability conclusion, tax outcome or loss prevention is guaranteed. Material risk and conflict disclosures must match the actual product and customer; a general disclaimer cannot substitute for required professional duties or controls.
Records, oversight and activation conditions
A future order record should link the authorized account/person, applicable mandate version, reviewed instruction, approval, validated inputs, provider request identity and reconciled outcome. Access to records, retention, correction, complaints, incident escalation and responsible human oversight must be defined for the actual service. Hidden model reasoning and credentials are not required evidence and should not be stored as an audit substitute.
This framework remains inactive until the operator and qualified reviewers settle the actual roles, provider contracts, permitted activities, customer journey and operating controls, and engineering verifies the corresponding release. It supplies no blanket indemnity, waiver of regulatory duties, monetary liability cap, chosen jurisdiction or transaction consent. Any adopted mandate must preserve rights and duties that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
